I am currently encoding to H.264, and using '"Match Source - High Bit Rate". the Apple TV App (videos under Home Movies), through an app called FE File Explorer, and also just with the Apple Files App (not sure what it is using to play. Note, I've tried playing in several applications with the same result. It seems the later into the video I pause/scrub, the bigger the delay and sync problem. there's a noticable delay (up to several seconds) And once the audio starts, it is out of sync from the video. However, if I do pause or scrub, when playing resumes, the video starts right away, but the audio doesn't. I've transferred the videos to iPad, and if I play them through without pausing or scrubbing to a point later into the video, the video plays through just fine. The videos I'm creating are about 1hour long. The problem that is happening is as follows. I reached out to Apple already, and they pointed me back to Adobe. I'm wondering if there is some general guidance on how to avoid a prolem with videos I'm encoding for watching on iPad.
